Enfin, aujourd'hui, il s'agissait de finir honorablement pour l'équipe 2 de Versailles - Merci à l'équipe de l'accueil.
Et le coupable, c'est lui!

bon, les résultats (à la grosse):

- 100 NL (Freestyle): 58'50 en relais

- 100 dos (backstroke): 1'03.

To recover, I spent 2 hr stacking wood... Good strength workout!

Lego contest

Done - we met the deadline - Guerlain was under a lot of stress...

What is this?

Some Lego Web site is organizing a context: Pimp my Wheelchair; in 3 categories (old, now, future).

Since 1 can enter each category, we shared between Guerlain (now), Sullivan (future) & I (old, duh!).

Guerlain will keep us up dated for the results.

Alors c'est quoi ce concours Lego?

Guerlain a trouvé un concours où il faut customiser une chaise roulante (à l'image de l'émission "Pimp my ride"). 3 catégories: Ancien, contemporain, et future. Nous nous sommes répartis les tâches. Moi, Guerlain et Sullivan, respectivement...

guerlain gardera un oeil attentif quant aux résultats.

This is the ECO ride 5 , this electric wheelchair includes a comfortable red leather couch, a TV screen whit a remote, a massage chair remote for the couch,a stearing wheel, the wheels can make a full 360° spin, over the headrest there is a nozel to spray water on your head to clean sweat or to cool you down, and for the BEST part... a blue flashy thing to make it look "cool". The creator and this model come from france.

Recovery

Après tout entrainement qui se respecte, la récupération est primordiale, en particulier coté nutrition.

En toute transparence, je divulgue mes secrets (à la demande de Guerlain): tarte aux poires - nutella...

Polar retrouvé

En même temps que la reprise (plus ou moins sérieuse), j'ai retrouvé l'outil indispensable: ma montre cardio Polar (fourrée pendant pendant plusieurs mois au fond d'une poche de manteau).


Occasion d'enregistrer une vrai séance, en douleur... : )

Good thing Renaud is around to bust my "bottom"... I was blessed enough to find back my Polar (lost in a coat pocket for months). Timing is perfect, just when I'm back into "serious" training. (over 10hr this week - don't ask whan was the last time that happened).

But the speed sensor seems out of wack - battery change or replacement to be done.
