Armistice - Notre Dame de Paris

Noreen nous a invité à la cérémonie de commémoration de l'Armistice. Le service était organisé par la Royal British Legion, avec des représentants des pays du Commonwealth. Le tout dans la cathédrale de Notre Dame... Emouvant de voir des vétérans et représantants des forces armées.

Noreen, ayant travaillée pour l'armée secrète de Churchill, a eu le privilège de défiler.

We had the privilege to be invited to Notre Dame (Paris) by our friend Noreen. There are a service to commemorate the end of of WW1 & WW2 (Nov 11th). The Royal British Legion had organized it all, inviting other Commonwealth countries representatives (and France, of course!).

Moving moment.

Note that Noreen was working for the Army during WW2, preparing men & women whom sent to France to organize the Resistance.
