Let's do a little review as I'll be able to resume training next week (the stitches are coming out).
A - Wrist is fine now, was hurt a couple years ago as I got the first bike when I flew over the bike around the Imperial Palace
B - Right elbow has recovered as well the couple crashes...
C - Ribs - broken (2 of them) almost 6 weeks and still a little painful to get out of bed
D - Clavicule recovery almost complete. Today's x-ray shows the holes left by the screws. Fragile for a month or so...
E - Toe nail lost and partially recovered since Tokyo Marathon: always use a bigger size shoes for long runs...
F - And don't step on aero wheels - the spokes are blade like. The 5 stitches are history.
