20 mn @ 126 bpm / 33.7 km/h
10 mn @ 138 bpm / 36.8 km/h
20 mn @ 131 bpm / 34.7 km/h
10 mn @ 140 bpm / 37.3 km/h
20 mn @ 133 bpm / 34.3 km/h
10 mn @ 144 bpm / 37.7 km/h


Hard set but happy with the results...

Excellent results David,

Looking at your HR numbers for the 20min efforts, that is very close to what you should experience at Germany.

That is, you should aim to average around 126bpm for the 1st 60km and then 130bpm for the next 60km and the final 60km will see your HR rise to around 5bpm over IM HR ie 133bpm. You have executed the session perfectly.
