Let's take a minute to think about Eric whom is to compete in Embrun - one of (if not the most) the most difficult Ironman distance triathlon. It's tomorrow. He should have plenty of fun! A full day worth it.
On my side, I barely managed some swimming: the boys wants me to stay with them at the pool... After a little while, Sullivan called me up to join. 1000m became 600m...
Then last night I went running. It was a little windy: very nice considering the temperature. 42mn - quite happy about it. But I'll keep the distance covered confidential not to scare the competition off!
Or not to have the competition laugh at me! I ogt passed twice - tough on the ego!
