7.5 hr of small training - pretty good to resume training. But the challenge will be to keep the pace up w/work...
My left calf is tigh - I hope it won't bug me any longer.
The bike ride was great yesterday - 5 others guys make fun to out there. I discover the Tamagawa river route. It's not bad. We took it pretty easy but at the end of the 3hr I was done. The last 10km were long...
But I should now be able to stay longer on the trainer.
