As expected the second day of work out is more difficult...
On the trainer, I had a hard time staying 30mn last night. But the best of the worse was this morning.
I went jogging.
I don't remember exactly how long I went out for, about 25 mn or so.
But I felt bad! My tights were heavy, feeling thick and my upper body was not holding well. After 15 mn, I felt like a marionette.
And I followed with a short swim session: here again heavyness was present. Heavy arms... But it's normal, second day + I swam with surf shorts + T-shirt...
