Nous sommes sortis au parc dans l'apres-midi malgre le temps frais (~ 5 deg). Apparement, on a de la chance (cf. la meteo en France).

Apres une derive (sous la contrainte du petit frere), j'ai fini les vacances la semaine passee a 75.4 kg!
Ce matin, 74.95 kg. La pente est bonne!

After the 2 weeks of MEGA healthy (too healthy! or was it too much?) food - thanks to Olivier, I ended up at 75.4 kg on the scale. A definite high score.
Fortunately, it was 74.95 kg this morning. The trend is good !

Je viens de regarder des photos de 2008 et realise que je ne crois pas avoir mis grand chose sur la course de Sullivan a Choshi - Flash-back. Merci Eric pour les photos.
I was browsing through '08 pictures when I got to Choshi Triathlon. And I realise I didn't post much about Sullivan's race - because I was racing at the same time... Thanks Eric & Celine for the pics.

First set the bike - oops it's not even touching the ground. We fixed that later...

D'abord on range le matos. Mince, le velo touche meme pas le sol... On a arrange cela avant le depart.Puis c'est vers le depart, avec les copains. On fait la photo de groupe

Then it's off to the start line, with the friends. Picture time.Et c'est le depart! And here they go!

Finallement, l'arrivee et re-photo! Bravo Sullivan!
And once the race successfully finish, it's picture timing again. Good job Sullivan!

La balance de la piscine a ete severe - mais a qui la faute!? Heureusement qu'Olivier est reparti! A 75.4kg, monter sur le velo carbone devient risque! : )
