Vélo cassé!

Uncool surprise this morning. I finally identified where the noise was coming from.

I thought it was only some grease missing. 

Nope.

It's cracked.

Les crocs depuis ce matin. Le vélo est fissuré. Ce n'est pas le carbone mais la fixation de tige de selle - pièce en alu moulée ou collée dans le cadre.

Pas cool du tout.

J'ai écris à Felt - à suivre.

This one was to celebrate Renaud's completion of Ironman Germany.

An impressive race considering...

Considering that 30km into the bike (150 km to go) his bike seat stem screw broke: his seat ended "up" all the way "down". Riding like a frog or standing up, he managed to clock a 10'32. Great time time but too bad because he had a sub 10hr in him for sure...

Anyway we got him proper equipment now: bike tool + bolt (note the "super size me" bolt around the neck).

Un ami British nous a invité à sa crémaillère il y a une dizaine de jours. Encore le régine au centre des préoccupations...

La soirée fut particulièrement agréable.

Arrival in France

Guess what was the first thing we did as we arrived in France? yeap, visit a bakery, with Olivier whom came to help us out at the airport.

A peine sortis de l'aéroport que nous nous sommes précipités dans une boulangerie... Olivier était de la fête pour accueuillir toute la ménagerie.
